Key decision makers from Moldova and Ukraine to hold consultations on the Territorial Cooperation Programme

On the 8th of November 2013, representatives of key decisions making institutions from Moldova and Ukraine will meet in Odesa (Ukraine) with the aim to discuss programming and management issues of the Moldova-Ukraine territorial cooperation programme. The main objective of the meeting is to define the necessary decisions and timeline of the establishment of a Joint Decision-Making Committee (JDMC) of the bilateral programme. Participants will also formulate preliminary decisions on the following aspects:

  • Thematic priorities of the Moldova-Ukraine Joint Operational Programme; 
  • Optimal allocation of the programme’s resources to priorities; 
  • JDMC rules of procedure;
  • Criteria to be applied in due course for project selection, guidelines for applicants; 
  • Cooperation with the Managing Authority (MA);
  • Programme monitoring and evaluation.

The working group meeting is being organised by the Eastern Partnership Territorial Cooperation Support Programme (EaPTC Support Programme).
