EaPTC promotes territorial cooperation in Civil Society Forum in Batumi

Today, November 20, 2014 Lyubov Palyvoda, our Advocacy Expert takes part in the 6th Annual Meeting of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum “EU Intergation & Common Security: Making it Happen. Lyubov Palyvoda will meet with representatives of EaP countries, make a presentation about the EaPTC at the WG2 Subgroup: Territorial, regional and cross border cooperation and discuss the co-financing opportunities with EU/donor community representatives. The 6th Annual Meeting of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum lasts two days, on the 20th -21st of November in Batumi, Georgia.

Every year the Forum brings together about 200 representatives of civil society organisations from the EaP region and the EU. The Forum provides a platform for a debate on the achievements of the EaP and an exchange of ideas and best practices of partners from six Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and the EU with the common goal of expanding the European integration processes towards the Eastern Neighbourhood.
