Seven Ukrainian cities to host seminars on EU business support programmes

November 7, 2018

A series of training seminars on EU business support programmes will be organised in seven Ukrainian cities between 13 November and 13 December. The events are part of European SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) Week, a pan-European campaign on the promotion of entrepreneurship in Europe.

The seminars will take place in Lviv, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Kharkiv, Kramatorsk, Zaporizhia and Kyiv.

They will aim to increase the access of Ukrainian SMEs to the opportunities offered by the EU through the EU’s largest research and innovation programme Horizon 2020, the programme for the Competitiveness of SMEs (COSME), the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and Erasmus+.

The events are being organised by the EU4Business FORBIZ project. The project supports Ukraine’s reform agenda and its economic recovery by proposing a systemic change to a more business-friendly environment, with a particular focus on SMEs.
