Civil societies in Eastern Neighbourhood: Share your storytelling experience

September 7, 2018

The EU’s ‘Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility – Regional Actions’ project calls on civil society organisations (CSOs) in the Eastern Neighbourhood to share their experiences of using storytelling to successfully promote civil society work.

These experiences will be used by the project to develop an e-course on ‘Storytelling for Civil Society Organisations’, in order to help CSOs understand the power of stories as communication tools. The course will also help these organisations learn how to create and shape their own stories successfully and share them more convincingly and widely.

The project appeals to CSOs from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.

“If you think you have successful experience in using storytelling in your work, please share with us your good practices for integration into the course currently being developed,” reads an announcement on the project’s website.

The CSOs that submit the best examples will be given priority for participation in the e-courses and face-to-face training developed by the project. Information on other rewards for responding to this call can be found here.  The deadline is 17 September.
