Summary of the action


Objectives of the actionTo empower young people living in cross-border regions of Georgia and Azerbaijan to promote positive social changes and meaningful cooperation.
Target groups

Young people – current and potential job seekers living in target regions (1100 young people);

Non-formal educators – 10 trainers;

Potential employers: companies, civil society organizations, public bodies.

Main activities

The establishment of Life Value school-based centers in target regions that will serve as a hub for social and public development, cultural and sport exchanges between young people from bordering regions;

20 local school communities will be prepared for meaningful integration of Live Values in educational and social life;

Some educational, cultural and social activities based on overall Life Values, that develop sustainable and meaningful cooperation and friendship among the local communities, will be carried out.

Project results

20 schools in target counties have space and valuable resources for bringing up culturally sensitive young generation prepared for accepting cultural diversity and active participation in social and cultural life;

1500 young people have an advanced knowledge of life values and are equipped with practical skills for promoting and integrating

them in their daily lives;

100 pieces of value-based cultural and folklore evidence are collected and used by the young people and their communities;

80 teachers are prepared for meaningful instruction through usage of Life Values approach;

Diverse cultural, sports and touristic activities initiated by and for youth channeled towards deepening the cross-cultural experiences and neighboring relations.
